About Porcelains
Easiest of all garlic varieties to grow, with large bulbs/cloves and the highest ALLICIN content of all varieties. Tall sturdy plants with thick wide leaves that consistently produce very large mostly white bulbs with 4-6 large fat cloves. Very cold hardy and preferred planting stock for northern growers but also does well in warmer southern climates with adequate moisture. Customer favorites include: Romanian Red, Music, German Extra Hardy, Georgian Fire, Georgian Crystal, Armenian and Zemo.
